Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom orders

Because every order is custom-decorated to your specifications, all sales are final. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To report an issue, email [email protected]; a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns of defective items

To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your replacement or refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 4–7 days via UPS. Return items should be mailed to: 1701 E Edinger Ave D1, Santa Ana, California 92705, United States. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $50, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
